School Reviews

Wow! It''s been so long. I keep looking back at this time with nostalgia. I only went here for 2 years or so but I love the enivornment. I had Mrs. Johnson for kindergarten and Ms. Jara for First grade, which is where I met my friend Ian and we had a lot of fun together. The environment is very friendly; the teachers are great and the students for the most part are kind. I wish I could go back and I wish I could hang out with Ian again. I am 18 now.

As of 2014, nineteen states still allow corporal punishment – spanking and paddling the most common choices – in their public schools. However, some argue that not only are these punishments physically harmful, they also are disproportionately administered to students of color. As a result, House democrats have taken up the issue in a new bill that would ban all forms of corporal punishment nationwide.
