School Reviews

5   9/1/2010
Speaking as both an alumnus and current parent of a student, Hudson Falls CSD is an award winning school district. It has a great number of opportunities with regard to music, art, and sports that many of the neighboring schools in the county do not. The students at HFCSD are afforded the best quality education and provisions through one of the highest school budgets in the area. We have recently had numerous upgrades and renovations done to all of the school buildings and they are of the utmost quality. With regard to the previous reviewer's comment: I have lived in this town for 30 years and have never heard it referred to as Harlem Falls which is quite a ridiculous term for it as the population is only about 5% black. Our town has been growing and thriving quite nicely in the last few years in regard to both our citizens and commerce.

It's just the people, Hudson Falls is locally known as Harlem Falls, and the minute you get into town, you know exactly why. Low class, white trash, it will NEVER change.
