School Reviews

1   4/28/2021
My son was a student at KAPS in the 2020/2021 school year. The classes were chaotic and disorganized, and the staff seemed technologically incompetent. The administration didn't respond to our issues, mis-communicated deadlines and requirements, and lost our grades. The experience was stressful and confusing, and the quality of the education was very low. I would highly discourage anyone from attending this school.

As of 2014, nineteen states still allow corporal punishment – spanking and paddling the most common choices – in their public schools. However, some argue that not only are these punishments physically harmful, they also are disproportionately administered to students of color. As a result, House democrats have taken up the issue in a new bill that would ban all forms of corporal punishment nationwide.
