I'm actually a grandparent; my grandson has attended this school since very early on, and he is now in 4th grade. This school works with the child, the teachers go out of their way to make sure both the parent and the child have everything that they need. Having teachers two years in a row at a time with my grandson's class has been an incredible experience. We've seen nothing by progress with him these past few years. While we have had an unpleasant experience with one admin, it has only been the one. The Principal knows the children and works with them individually with that knowledge. Great job, School 79!

Grabiarz Campus School is one of the best schools in Buffalo. My daughter loved her 5 th grade teachers and is excited to go into 6 th grade. I noticed yesterday in the news that the school had one of the best state assessment results in the area. My daughter loves math and talked about the math group she was in. All the students get individual attention depending on their level. She was in the high level and was pulled out by a different teacher. I would recommend this school.

Teachers in 19 States Allowed to Physically Punish Students
As of 2014, nineteen states still allow corporal punishment – spanking and paddling the most common choices – in their public schools. However, some argue that not only are these punishments physically harmful, they also are disproportionately administered to students of color. As a result, House democrats have taken up the issue in a new bill that would ban all forms of corporal punishment nationwide.
